Ben Morrison is a civil engineer with an undeniable passion for food, flavour and spice. A devoted home cook and budding restaurant reviewer, Ben is known for creating bold, vibrant recipes that balance indulgence with a healthy edge. His love of cooking is driven by curiosity, culture and a deep appreciation for good ingredients, often inspired by his life abroad and travels. Originally from Aotearoa, Ben spent six years living in London before relocating to Australia, where he is embracing new opportunities with intention and ambition.
The founder of Benson Detox, where he shares all things metabolic health, and blood sugar balancing recipes, and now Benson Dinner for more indulgent and unrestricted recipes, Ben loves blending wellness with real-world practicality.
Currently based in Brisbane, Ben has Sydney firmly in his sights as he embarks on the next chapter of his journey alongside his beautiful fiancé, (and sometimes guest collaborator) Amelia.
